At ChikankariGlam.com, we strive for your satisfaction. If an item doesn’t meet your expectations, we offer exchanges and refunds per the conditions below, ensuring a smooth process while upholding our quality standards.
Eligibility for Exchange & Return
We accept exchanges for items that are unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged. To qualify, the product must also retain its original tags and packaging. Exchanges and returns are available within three (3) days from the date of delivery.
Please inspect your items upon arrival to ensure they meet your expectations, and let us know promptly if an issue arises.
Incase of a defect in the product, we would require clear parcel opening videos or pictures.
We currently offer exchanges for a different size of the same product. If the preferred size is unavailable, our team will work with you to find an appropriate alternative or provide guidance on the next steps.
Please note that exchanges are subject to stock availability, and we encourage you to act quickly if a replacement is needed.
Process for Initiating an Exchange or Return
To initiate an exchange or return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our support Team: Reach out to us through our designated communication channels, including email, phone.
- Provide Order Details: Share your order number and specify the item you wish to exchange or return, along with the reason and the desired replacement size or style if applicable.
- Receive Approval: Once our team reviews your request and confirms eligibility, we will provide detailed instructions on how to proceed.

Ship the Item Back: Safely package the item and ship it back to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the package reaches us.

Returns without prior approval will not be accepted, as we cannot track the order or process refunds/exchanges. Please contact customer support before returning any item.
Refund Policy
If an incorrect item is sent to you, we will replace the product or reimburse the full invoice value as per customer demand. Refund processing will begin only after we receive the returned product and validate the return at our end.
Upon receipt of the returned package, we will inspect it. If approved as an eligible return, we will issue your refund to the original payment method within 7 working days. If the return is deemed ineligible, we will send the same product back to you. In either case, your return issue will be closed within 7 days of our receiving the package.
The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by ChikankariGlam.com regarding the return validation. Our decision on whether a product qualifies for a return or refund will be final.
Conditions for Acceptance
Please ensure that returned products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Return items will only be accepted in their original packaging, including hangers, polyester bags, hang tags on garments, or gift cards. Any items that have been damaged, soiled, or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items
No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted for the following items:
- Custom-made products or products personalised to your requirements.
- Products explicitly marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable at the time of purchase.

Exchange/Return for International Orders
International orders are not eligible for exchange or return. For any size-related inquiries, please contact us before placing your order.
General Instructions for Exchange & Return in Chikankari
We shall not entertain exchanges for minor issues such as visible threads on the reversible side. In Chikankari embroidery, threads are intentionally left slightly longer to protect the embroidery.
The product is hand-embroidered and may have slight dissimilarities due to the artisanal process. Minor variations in stitches, motifs, or threadwork are inherent characteristics of Chikankari and will not be covered under the exchange policy.
Every piece is unique and crafted by human hands exclusively for you, so we appreciate your understanding of these natural variations.
Slight color variations between the product image and the actual item will not be eligible for return or exchange. Such differences are a natural outcome of photography and screen resolution.
